Forex Robotが使用出来ません。とても困っています。

こんにちは。
私はForex Robotの購入者の●●です。
MT4を再起動したら添付した画像のエラーメッセージが表示されてチャートが閉じられてしまいました。
チャートとEAを再セットアップしましたが同じエラーメッセージが表示されてチャートが閉じられてしまいます。
至急サポートをお願いします。

I can't use Forex Robot. I am in trouble.

The chart shuts down showing an error message of the picture i attached I set up MY4.
