(商品名)を購入した(名前)です。突然、異議申し立てをしたことは謝ります。以前、トラブルがあったとき、売り手と直接やり取りをしていたら逃げられてしまったことがあったので、このような形を取らせて貰いました。では、私の元に届いた商品の状態ですが外箱、オリジナルBOXともにへこみ等無く、きれいな状態でした。緩衝材もしっかり詰めてあるので商品以外に特に問題はありません。問題のある商品は添付ファイルをみてください。

I’m (名前）who purchased (商品名) from you. Please let me apologize for making the formal complaint without letting you know first. I had to do this way, because in the past a seller ran away when I was trying to solve a problem directly with the seller.

Regarding the product, when it arrived, both the outer box and the original box were in a good condition with no dent or other problems. There were lots of cushioning materials inside the box, and there was no problem other than the product itself. Please look at the attached picture(s) for the problem(s) of the product.
