After joining the company, we provide a training in class by focusing on on the job training and role playing for 2 weeks.
After that for 2 weeks, we provide a training where they monitor how those who have worked for the company for a long time work and follow them.
1 month after joining the company, they start working. We proceed the training for the new employees based on this process.
