トルクレンチの精度管理
トルクレンチは計測器ではありませんが、ねじ締めトルクを一定にするため設定値（トルク値）の管理をする。
これは毎月実際のトルク値をトルクテスターによって測定し、基準値内（設定値の±７％）にあることを確認する。

Accuracy control of the torque wrench
The torque wrench is not a measuring instrument, but the set value (torque value) is controlled to maintain the screw tightening torque constant.
It is to verify that the actual torque is within the standard value (within +/- 7% of the set value) by the torque tester every month.

It is combined by swaging the cylindrical sleeve after inserting an aluminum pipe into the hose tube.
