We have key persons for customers and each partner, and improve the communication
on quantity and quality. Each member of account team has a responsible for them
and become each key person and the trusted advisors.
We will support examination of next -generation platform such as providing updated
information and workshop.
Regarding next-generation type store and omni Channel, we confirm the direction
to be in JAL group and support you from the standpoint of platform.
