２月２日からインドのカルカッタで通関手続きが続いているようで、商品が配送されていません。
私達にはどうする事も出来ないです。
この場合、どうすばいいのでしょうか？


今回は、お客様に迷惑と心配をお掛けしております。
荷物の現在の状況は、２月２日にインドのカルカッタに到着後、カルカッタの税関で通関手続き中から出荷されていない状態です。
こちらからも、日本郵便に現在の状況を問い合わせしてみようと思います。
ただ、商品はインド国内にあるため、現状確認する事は困難な可能性がございます。
