トラッキングを確認しましたところ、2/24 (火)に到着と表示されています。
至急、Royal Mailで発送して下さい。
オーダー時にRoyal Mailでの発送を依頼して追加料金を払っておりますので。
このオーダーは、予定の納期を大幅に遅れており、手元に商品がない状態で、
このオーダーの支払い期限が迫ってきているので困っています。

Has the item returned by DHL arrived to you?
As I confirmed the tracking status, it said the item has arrived on Tuesday, 24 February.
Please ship via Royal Mail ASAP, because I have requested to ship via Royal Mail at the time of order placement and settled with the additional fee payment.
