言って聞かせるだけ
言葉では言い表せにくい仕事が沢山ある。
適切な言葉だけを使える人は、極めて少ないものです。
自分の言っている事が、相手に正確に伝わるのは言ったことの半分です。

やって見せるだけ
たいていの作業動作は、真似することさえ難しい。
経験のある人がやればごく普通の動作でも、経験のない人がやるとうまくできないし、大事なポイントを見逃してしまう。

一つの方法だけだと限界があり、相手に教える側の真意が早く、正確に伝わらない。色々な方法を効果的に組合わせることが必要です。

Even a normal movement for an experienced person can be difficult for an in experienced person, and they might miss an important point.

There are limitations if you only use one method, and the trainer's true intentions cannot be communicated in a fast and accurate manner.
It is essential to mix various different methods effectively.
