We will ship FED EX GROUND this time and not FED EX TRUCK to avoid the extra handling charges.
Did you hear anything back from PK. Did you get the counterfeit company taken care of on your end?
Attached is the breakdown. The shipping will be added after your order is boxed, weighed and ready to ship complete. Hopefully that is tomorrow at which time we will email you the tracking numbers of each box as well. Also, can you remind me if we send the invoice with the shipment or just email it to you or both.
