商品は、倉庫で全てラベルを取る作業をしています。その時に 商品の数量を確認はしているのでしょうか。
添付ファイルの写真を確認して頂いたと思いますが、箱にはダメージがありません。東京から大阪まで輸送で、商品がなくなったとは、考えられません。
申し訳ございませんが、メーカーに出荷した内容を確認するか。もしくは、倉庫に商品を仕分けした内容を確認して頂けませんでしょうか。

The product has a work to take all the labs in a warehouse. Is the quantity of the products checked at that time?
As you can see from the attatched picture, there is no damage on the box. I cannot think that the product was lost during transportation from Tokyo to Osaka.
I am sorry but can you check the forwarded contents to the maker? Or can you check the contents sorted the products at a warehouse?
