もし可能なら、このオーダーをキャンセルすることができますでしょうか。なぜなら、このお客さんは、商品を納品した後に、いつもクレームを言ってくるからです。本当に申し訳ありませんが、トラブルがおきるなら、商品を納品したくありません。また、どうしても資金繰りが悪いので、今回だけこの商品に関して、ディスカウント頂けませんでしょうか。今後は、このお客さんは、支払いが可能な商品だけを発注するようにします。Mより大きいサイズのLを発注しているので、商品の発注を依頼して頂けませんでしょうか。

If possible, Can you cancel this order? Because the customer always complain after we deliver items. I'm really sorry but I don't want to deliver items if any trouble will happen. Also our money is tight, so It would be grate if you give me a discount on this item only once. From now on, we are going to place orders for only items which we can pay. We are ordering L size which is larger than M, so could you ask to order the item?
