USPSのミスであなたに商品が届けられなかった事を非常に残念に思っています
USPSには返送された事が間違い無いか問い合わせて頂けましたか？
通常であれば商品の保管期限は1ヶ月程度です
もしまだであれば、お近くの郵便局か下記のUSPSコールセンターに問い合わせてみて下さい


商品に不具合があったとの事で大変申し訳ありませんでした
商品を見てみないと原因は分からないがおそらく商品の初期不良かと思います
私はその商品をメーカーに返品したいと考えています
