長期保管品、箱はテープが貼られた状態で未開封
枚数は約◯枚（多少の誤差有り）
中味は確認していない。中には折れているカードもあるかもしれない
買い手から商品返品の連絡がきたが、登録された商品の追跡番号が有効ではない
これでは買い手が商品を発送した証拠がないのと同じだ
万が一商品が到着しない場合、私は返金をできなくなってしまうが、その事で買い手は私に悪い評価をつけないだろうか？
商品が返品されていないのに返金はできないし、悪い評価をつけられる事も納得できない
私はどうすればいい？

A purchaser contacted regarding returning of the item,
but the tracking number that was registered at the item is not effective.
It means that there is no evidence that the purchaser has not sent the item.
If the item does not arrive, I might not be able to refund.
Is the purchaser going to rate me low by this fact?
I can neither refund as the item has not been returned nor am convinced
that I might be rated low.
I do not know how I should handle it.
