貴方の説明は矛盾しています。
過去のメール内容を見れば分かると思いますが、
私は2月6日にこの注文のキャンセルを依頼しました。
UPSのTrackingを確認するとvendorは2月10日に商品を発送しています。

発送までに3営業日も余裕があったにもかかわらず、
vendorにキャンセルの依頼が伝わらなかったのですか?
理由を説明して下さい。

この注文はキャンセルしています。
vendorに商品を返送するように依頼して下さい。
出来ない場合は無料で返送できる発送伝票をメールで送って下さい。

As you can refer to my previous emails, I have already canceled this order on the 6th of February.
According to UPS tracking system, vendor has sent the item on the 10th of February.

Although there had been 3 days between my cancelation and the shipping date,
hasn't my cancelation been acknowledged by the vendor in advance?
I sincerely demand a reasonable explanation for this matter.

I dare repeat: I have already canceled this order.
Could you please ask the vendor to return the item?
If not, please send me a receipt so I can return the item for free by email.
