商品について質問があります。シリアルナンバー付近に刻印された+刻印について質問があります。刻印があるものは、反発係数テスト済(ルール適合)、刻印がないものはHOTヘッド(ルール非適合)、という認識でよいでしょうか？ちなみに、+刻印がないもので、反発係数テスト済(ルール適合)のヘッド、は出回っているのでしょうか？購入を検討していますので、迅速なご連絡をいただけると大変助かります。宜しくお願い致します。

I have questions regarding the product. I have a question on the "+" engraving found near the serial number. I understand that those with the engraving have already been resilience coefficient tested (compliant with rule) and those without the engraving are HOT heads (non-compliant with rule), so is my understanding correct? By the way, are there resilience coefficient tested heads (compliant with rule) that does not have the "+" engraving that are in circulation? I am considering to make a purchase so it would greatly help me if you can respond at the soonest time. Thank you.
