We've received your goods back in order for us to process your return.
However, we haven't got your Returns paperwork so we don't know why you are returning your goods and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
To be on the safe side, we've issued a refund back to the card that was used to make the original purchase. Although we have processed this it can take up to 10 days to appear on your account, depending on who your card issuer is.
If there is anything else we can do, just let us know.

返品手続きを行うよう、当社にお客様のご購入品が送られてきました。
しかし、当社は返品の為の書類を受け取っていないため、お客様がなぜ商品の払い戻しまたは交換を希望されているのか分かりません。
念のため、ご購入時に使用されたカードに返金処置を行いました。この手続きは完了しましたが、口座に反映されるのには、カードの発行者にもよりますが、最大10日かかることがあります。
