この度はポリシー違反２つのアカウントで運用をしてしまい、申し訳ございませんでした。
私達はすでに（A)のアカウントに関しては出品をしておりませんし、２度と出品はしません。
すでに（B）のアカウントのみで販売をしていくつもりでした。
（A）のアカウントは、お客様の対応がまだ残っているので終わり次第削除致します。
なにとぞ、（B)のアカウントの販売開始を許可して頂けないでしょうか？
お客様に満足をして頂ける、FBAを中心に販売をしていくつもりです。宜しくお願いします。

We are very sorry for using 2 accounts which violate to the policy.
We do not exhibite relating to the A account and not exhibite 2 times.
We intended to sell on B account only.
We still have the corresponding with the customer on A account, we will delete it as soon as this is finished.
Would you please give us permission to start selling on B account?
We can sastify the customers, and be going to focus on selling FBA . Thank you and best regards
