最近、メールサーバの調子が悪いらしく、メールが相手に届かないことや、自分に届かないことがあります。
メールが届いているかどうか不安なので、開封確認を設定してメールを再度送信させていただきます。
何通も同じメールを送信して申し訳ありません。

Recently the condition of the e-mail server is not good, and sometimes I can neither send nor receive the e-mail.
