こちらのステータスではまだあなたの国にあります。日本のEMS業者に調査依頼を請求しましたが今日明日はお休みなので詳細の連絡がまだ来ません。こちらでは特別返送するような指示やオプションを設定していません。というよりそのようなオプションはＥＭＳにはありません。保管期限はあなたの国のルールです。もう少々お待ちください。私も調査の回答を待っている所です。私も困惑しています。逆に配達されてから何日経過しましたか？まず下記を参照してください。
The status indicates it is still located in your country. I contacted EMS service company in Japan and requested for researching the issue. However, they are closed today so I haven't received a reply from them, yet. We haven't set for special delivery or options. Please note there is not such an option on EMS service. The terms of storing the item are based on the rules and regulations in your country. Again, thank you for your continuos patience in this matter. I am also waiting for their reply.
