●１３校が参加。
●対象学年は各校で決めても良いが、クリエイティビティと高い技術を持つことが条件。
●作品の管理に関しては各校の教務が責任を負う。
●デザイン画の選出は各校で行う。
●各校作品は５体製作すること。
●各パノプリの中に提供素材を必ず70％以上使用する（見える部分）こと。
●提供素材以外の別布、加工代、服飾資材等の負担は各製作者（もしくは学校）が担う。

英語

・Entry up to 13 schools
・Any grade of students may apply, on condition that they meet high level of creativity and skills.
・Selection of design sketches is left to each school.
・5 works must be submitted from each school.
・Be sure to use supplied material and make the retio more than 70% of each panoplies.
・Applicants (schools) are to cover the expences of all materials and elaborations other than the supplied material.
