・出来れば日本語が話せる方。中国語がわかる人で、日本語が中級レベル（私とのコミュニケーションを通じて能力は向上していきます）。
・1日に3時間程度は仕事できる人。週に一度は私とskypeでコミュニケーションをとれる方。
・日本の品質基準を理解している人。

■採用の流れ
１）私が用意するExcel形式で、テストリサーチ（10商品）をしてもらいます。
２）テストリサーチ終了後、Skypeにて面談します。
３）面談結果で採用になると、その日から作業できます。

英語

・Japanese speakers are preferred. Must understand Chinese with mid-level Japanese skills (your skills should improve as you communicate with me).
・Can work about 3 hours per day. Can communicate with me on Skype once a week.
・Understands the quality standards in Japan.

■Hiring process
1) You will be asked to do a test research (10 products) using the Excel format I provide.
2) Upon completion of the test research, you will be interviewed on Skype.
3) If you are hired based on the interview, you can start working immediately.
