・出来れば日本語が話せる方。中国語がわかる人で、日本語が中級レベル（私とのコミュニケーションを通じて能力は向上していきます）。
・1日に3時間程度は仕事できる人。週に一度は私とskypeでコミュニケーションをとれる方。
・日本の品質基準を理解している人。

■採用の流れ
１）私が用意するExcel形式で、テストリサーチ（10商品）をしてもらいます。
２）テストリサーチ終了後、Skypeにて面談します。
３）面談結果で採用になると、その日から作業できます。

- Japanese speech ability is considered a favorable factor; Applicants must be capable of Chinese as well as intermediate level Japanese (Japanese skill will be
improved through our communication).
- Applicants must be able to work at least 3 hours per day and able to communicate with me on skype once a week.
- Applicants must have understanding of the quality standard in Japan.

■ Procedure for hiring
1) Applicants are asked to do test-researches (for 10 items) in an Excel format that I prepare.
2) After the researches are finished, we have an interview on Skype.
3) After the interview, accepted applicants can start working from that day on.
