正月休みで返信が送れてすいません
USPSの荷物の保管期限は1ヶ月なので最初の配達日から10数日しか経っていない現在の時点でSenderに返送されたというのは何かの間違いだと思います
もう一度この点をUSPSに強く伝えて荷物の所在の確認と再配達を手配してくれませんか？
現時点では私に出来る事は無いがもし本当に返送された場合は荷物が私に到着した時点で返金もしくは再送をしますのでご安心下さい
あなたに手間を取らせて申し訳ないがこれはUSPSのミスであるという事をどうか分かって下さい

I'm sorry about the late reply due to the New Year's holiday.
The storage limitation of USPS items is one month, so I think it is some kind of a mistake that the item was sent back to the sender at this point of time, just being about a dozen days from the initial delivery date.
Could you descibe this point strongly to the USPS, and make arrangements for the search of the item location and redelivery of the item?
Right now, there is nothing I can do for you; but please be assured that if the item is actually sent back to us, I will make a refund or resend the item to you as soon as the item arrives.
