すみません、アイテムナンバーではどの商品のことか良くわからなかったのですが、商品を間違えて落札されたということでしょうか？
商品名はなんという物ですか？
私が出品している別の商品でしょうか？それとも別の方が出品されている商品と間違われたということでしょうか？
私の商品でしたらタイトルの一番前の#に続く番号が管理番号なので、その番号を言って頂けるとわかりやすいです。よろしく願いいたします。
