12/15には日本の国際交換局からオランダへ向けて発送済のステータスとなっています。
私は今日、日本郵便のオフィスに行って荷物がどうなっているのか確認しました。
しかし、オランダ側の関税の処理については日本郵便は分からないとの回答でした。
とにかく急いでくれと私は依頼をしました。
彼らが言うには恐らくホリデーシーズンで荷物の登録が遅れているのだろうとの事です。
今しばらくお待ちいただけますでしょうか。

On December 15th, it was under the status where it was already sent from international exchange bureau in Japan to Holland.
I went to the office of Japan post and checked under what condition the item was today.
They said that they could not find how it is processed at the customs in Holland.
I asked them to work on it promptly.
They said that the registration of the item is probably delayed due to the holiday season. May we ask you a little patience?
