備考: 商品を購入したけど初期不良のようなので相手に返金を求めるという状況です。

昨日購入後初めて商品の動作確認をしたのですが、次の初期不良がありました。

電源を投入してもコントローラのメニューボタンのランプが点灯しません。

電源を投入しても画面は明るくなるものの何も表示されません。

返金をお願いします。
