他の人とあなたを間違えて
メール送ったりなんかしてないよ 笑
こんなに話してるのはあなただけだよ。笑
たくさんの人と話してたらあなたが言うように間違えると思う。そんなに器用じゃないから

I heard and knew that you will be coming to Japan next year…
Somehow I thought that you said in your message, "I will be coming to Japan this month."
Even though I felt it strange, I thought you might be coming for preliminary inspections before living in Japan, so I sent you that message.

I never mistake your address or accidentally send the email to you. :-)
