今後の流れを見据えて、来年からは文系のグローバルインターンシップも増やしていくべきではないかという議論・試行も始まりました。HDEのオフィスは現在のところ東京本社のみですが、国外に拠点を設けたり、セールスやマーケティングなども含む全社のダイバーシティがより一層高まる日も、それほど遠くはないと思われます。
