商品が「原因不明」という理由で私に返ってきた

今はまず12/11に発送した分が君の所へ到着するか確認させて欲しい
12/11の分が到着したら、返品された分を再度そちらへ発送する
もしも12/11の分も到着しない場合は全てのお金を君に返金する

そうならない様に君からもアメリカの郵便局に問い合わせを続けて欲しい
商品を返品した理由はアメリカ側の郵便局にしか分からないからだ

現在、新しい在庫が１つあるがこの問題が解決しないと取引できないので残念だ

問題が解決する事を願う

The product returned to me as "unknown cause". This is my first time something like this happened.

I would like to confirm that the products I shipped on 12/11 reach you first.
After the delivery of the products shipped on 12/11, I will reship the products which were returned.
If the products shipped on 12/11 does not reach you, I will make a refund for all your money.

To prevent this from happening, I would like you to keep asking an American post office for the information as well because the American post office is the only one who knows why the products were returned.

Currently, we have one stock of this product but I'm afraid we can not make a deal until this issue is solved.

I hope this issue will be solved soon.
