商品が差し戻されるのは税関を通過できないか、受取人が不在で商品の保管期間を過ぎた場合だが今回はどちらでもない
私は日本の郵便局に理由を聞いたが、理由はアメリカの郵便局に問い合わせる必要があると返事をされた
お互いの良い取引を続けていく為にも問題を解決する必要があるので君にも協力をして欲しい

そして12/11に発送した商品が今回の様に日本に返却されないよう、アメリカの郵便局に着いた時点で連絡をするなどの注意をして欲しい
When goods are returned, either because they are not cleared customs or they pass storage period when recipient is absent, however neither applies this time.
