I have been purchasing goods from you in the belief that your shop is legitimate. This spring I bought 2 BUNNY HUGs and they were really wonderful. I have no intention of doubting this fact. However, the products that I bought the last 2 times have arrived in very bad condition. Do you remember how we arranged to exchange product #08519 LOVING TOUCH (Order 8137) which I bought the time before? The first one that I received had a crack on its shoulder. When I contacted your shop, I was told that the damage had been caused during transport and I believed it.
