Although you promised me that you would ship a brand new item, the item I received was nothing more than a repaired item. If it was truly a brand new item, why does it have a repair mark of glue on the same spot where I found a crack on damaged item? And, why did you peel all the round stickers on the bottom? Why did you enclose LAP registration for Japan, which is from last year, instead of new ones from this year? All the facts indicate the item was not a brand new.
