ですが、新品の代替品を私に送ると約束したのに、届いた商品は修理品としか思えないものでした。なぜ、新品の代替品なのに、問題のあった商品のヒビ割れ部と同じところに補修剤が塗ってあったのですか？なぜ、新品の代替品の底部の丸いシールを全部剥がして送ってきたのですか？なぜ、新品の代替品なのに、日本向けのLAP登録申込書が今年の新作用ではなく、昨年以前用のLAP申込書が同封されていたのですか？それは、新品の代替品ではないからでしょう。
However, what I received totally looks reworked part even though you promised me to send a brand new one. How come it has spackle on the same place with the crack of the problematic item if it is a brand new one? Why you peeled off whole round seal on the bottom of THIS BRAND NEW ITEM? Why brand new item has LAP registration application form for previous year as its enclosure but not for new model of this year to Japan? It is because this one is not brand new substitute item.
