前回購入した「#08519 LOVING TOUCH（Order 8137）」も、新品で交換してくれるとのことでしたが、結局は補修して返送してきましたよね？
新品ではなく補修したのはわかっていましたが背中の部分であること、そして、目立たないことから黙っていましたが、今回の商品は明らかに補修したことがわかってしまいます。
貴店で取り扱っている商品は本当に正規品なのですか？

You told me that you would replace “ #08519 LOVING TOUCH（Order 8137）”, I was purchased before from you, for new one. However, after all, you just repaired and sent it back to me.
I knew that it was not the brand new one. But I did not make a big deal because the repair part was on the back and it was not very noticeable. This time, the repair mark is very obvious.
The items you handle are truly authentic and genuine?
