私は日本郵便にお客様のギターケースの破損についてどうなっているか確認しました。
UKサイドからまだ何も連絡が無いといわれました。
郵便局からお客様に何か確認や連絡はありましたでしょうか?
お客様はどのような解決をお望みでしょうか?
たとえば、ケースの修理費用分を一部返金する。新しいケースと
返品交換するなど。
