As I'm exporting products that are sold within Japan, understandably the size would accord with the Japanese standards.

I've also clearly stated the size for the CM in the product description.

Perhaps if you had checked this thoroughly, this wouldn't have happened.

If you'd still like to request a refund, would you accept me refunding half the amount of the full price?
