The buyer is in agreement for refunding a specific amount instead of the total. I have of course received confirmation from the buyer. So there is no need for you to be worried about this.
Please tell me how you'd like this amount to be refunded to you. I apologize for asking you many times. I only ask as I have not received a reply for this question. I look forward to a detailed reply.

修正後
The buyer has agreed [or maybe "We have been able to convince the buyer to agree"] to the refunding of a part of the amount [probably "price"] instead of the whole amount. I have received clear confirmation from the buyer. So there is no need for you to be worried about this with me.
Please tell me the procedures for refunding this partial amount. I apologize for asking you so many times. I still have not received a reply to my question. Please give me a detailed reply.

Instead of "specific amount" I believe it should be "partial amount" or "a part". I believe "きちんと" implies precision and carefulness rather than predictability. It's not clear to me if the partial amount is being refunded to the receiver, or if the receiver merely has information on how to refund the partial amount to the purchaser, so I would omit "to you". And to me "手順" implies something more detailed than a simple "how".
