この２点が思い浮かぶ事すべてです。
いずれにせよ、私達は過去Amazonで販売した経験がないのです。かなり突然の通達に戸惑っています。

Or do you mean that we have something to do with it because of our selling method? We have someone teaching me how to sell at Amazon USA. Many other sellers use the method he teaches us. Is that a reason why you say we are involved?
