Reason for contact: Where's My Stuff?
Details: Firstly you have not provided the tracking ID of parcel please provide the tracking ID of parcel force to the customer so that he/she can contact them.
Secondly you have clearly mentioned that the item is of free delivery therefore it is your responsibility to pay for any charges incurred during the delivery, please pay for the custom charges or refund the amount so that customer can pay and get the parcel. Please sort this out as soon as possible and assist the customer so that they can get it.
