商店Ａの配送システムでは、配送前に配達員が配送先に電話をします。
その電話にでないと配送がおこなわれません。
私は事情があり電話に出ることができません。
しかし、配送先には必ず受取人がいます。
だから配達さえしてくれれば商品を受け取ることができるのに
電話に出れないことを理由に配達してくれませんでした。
もしもあなたが使用している配送システムも事前に電話連絡が必要ならば
私は受け取ることができない可能性が高いです。
どうしても電話連絡が必要ならば、緊急の電話番号を教えますのでメールください。

The delivery scheme of the A store requires the courier to make a phone call to the shipping location before the delivery.
If nobody answers the call, they do not deliver the goods.
I cannot take phone calls for some reason.
However, somebody is, for sure, at the shipping location to receive it.
So, if they just delivered the goods, I could receive it, but they did not do that for that I could not take the phone call.
If your delivery scheme also requires an advance phone call confirmation, there is a high risk that I would not be able to receive the goods.
