私は何回も何回も丁寧に梱包してくださいとお願いをしています。
しかし毎回、雑な梱包で送られてきます。今回も逆さまに入れてあったり、箱がぐちゃぐちゃに壊れていました。なぜあなた達は丁寧に梱包をしてくれないのですか？わざと雑に入れているんですか？しかも壊れても補償をしようとしない。私が納得できるように説明してください。私はMYUSが大好きでしたが、今はとても失望しています。

I have asked you over and over to package the parcels carefully.
However, every time I receive parcels that are badly packaged. This time the item was packaged up side down and the box was badly damaged. Why are you unable to package things properly? Are you doing this deliberately? And on top of this, you are not willing compensate me for the damages. Please explain things to me as I really need to understand. I used to like MYUS, but I am now really disappointed.
