Hasqvernaの商品の箱がひどいダメージを受けています。新品で購入したものが、中古商品になってしまいました。DHL Japanに確認したところ、DHL Japanの従業員が箱をダメにしてしまいました。DHL Japanは弁償するといっています。

The case of the item of Hasqverna has been seriously injured. Though it was mint when I place an order, now it is a pre-owned one. I contacted with DHL Japan, and found that one of their staffs damaged the case. DHL Japan says that they will compensate. I also ask MYUS to make a claim against it.
