発送前には無いクラックがある以上お客様からダメージリポートを出して頂かない限り、こちらも動くことは出来かねます。また、現物を確認しにあなたのところへ係の者が行く可能性がありますので、触らずに保管の程お願いします。ダメージリポートの申請が終わって補償の申請が通ったら残りの金額を返金することも可能です。返金可能となった場合は、商品到着時と同じ梱包方法での返品をお願いします。こちらの送料はお客様負担となります。こちらで返品された商品が確認出来次第、残額を振り込み致します。

As long as there is a crack which did not show before the item was shipped, we will not be able to take action unless you submit a damage report. At the same time, please make sure to keep the product untouched since we may send our agent to your place to investigate it. Once the damage report has been claimed and the compensation may be granted, we will be able to provide refund for the remaining cost. When refund is proccessed, we will ask you to return the product in the same packing condition as when it arrived to you. You will be liable for the shipment fee. After we confirm that the damaged product has returned, we will proceed to refund the remaining cost.
