発送前には無いクラックがある以上お客様からダメージリポートを出して頂かない限り、こちらも動くことは出来かねます。また、現物を確認しにあなたのところへ係の者が行く可能性がありますので、触らずに保管の程お願いします。ダメージリポートの申請が終わって補償の申請が通ったら残りの金額を返金することも可能です。返金可能となった場合は、商品到着時と同じ梱包方法での返品をお願いします。こちらの送料はお客様負担となります。こちらで返品された商品が確認出来次第、残額を振り込み致します。

We can’t do anything until you submit a damage report as the item has a crack, which wasn’t there before shipping. Also, the person in charge may visit you to check the item physically, so please keep it without touching it. If you complete a damage report and warranty is granted, we will be able to return the remaining balance. If it’s possible for us to issue a refund, please return the item in the same packing method as it was sent to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. When we verify the product you send back, we will deposit the remaining balance.
