いつもXXの製品を送ってくれてありがとう。数ヶ月前から原因不明のアレルギーで手がかぶれたり湿疹が出て、病院の薬も効きませんでした。手を洗うときやお風呂でもしみるので、手袋をして髪を洗うこともあったんです。
でもXXのバスジェルやシャンプーは肌に優しい成分なので、それ以上悪化せず使うことができました。
去年体調を崩して入院した後ですし、抵抗力が弱り、インフルンザ予防のために手洗いに使った日本製ハンドソープの刺激に負けたのかもしれません。
日本にもXXの店が早く進出してほしいです。

Thank you for sending me XX products always. I have been suffering from eczema and rash with my hands for a few months, that doctor's prescription did not work out. It hurts when I wash my hands and take a bath, so I sometimes had to wear gloves to shampoo my hair.

However, as the ingredients of XX's bath gels and shampoos are gentle to skin, I could use it without worsening it.

Since I stayed in the hospital for my health problem last year, I might have lost my resistance and got the skin problem because of a strong stimulus of the Japanese hand soap I used to prevent influenza.

I hope XX will open a sales outlet in Japan soon.
