　報酬額　：　稼働時間×時間単価＋経費
　消費税　：　報酬額×8％
　源泉税　：　報酬額×10.21％

【2015年1月稼働分のお支払から】
　報酬額　：　稼働時間×時間単価
　消費税　：　報酬額×8％
　源泉税　：　（報酬額－消費税額）×10.21％
　お支払額　：　報酬額－消費税額－源泉税額＋経費

Notice of change in calculation method of ballon payment

We inform you that the calculation for withholding tax and expenses will be changed from January of 2015.

[Before January of 2015]
- Remuneration: Hours of Operation × Hourly Wage + Expenses
- Consumption Tax: × 8%
- Withholding Tax: × 10.21%

[From January of 2015]
- Remuneration: Hours of Operation × Hourly Wage
- Consumption Tax: Remuneration × 8%
- Withholding Tax: (Remuneration - Consumption Tax) × 10.21%
- Ballon Payment: Remuneration - Consumption Tax - Withholding Tax + Expenses
