8月9日にメールを頂いた鈴木です。
迷惑メールにメールが、はいっていたため、確認が遅れ8月23日にメールを拝見しました。
急いで、戸籍謄本、通帳を用意しましたので
添付して送ります。
遅くなって大変申し訳ありませんでした。
提出期間の一週間を大幅に過ぎてしまいましたが大丈夫でしょうか？

I am afraid that your e-mail ended up in my junk mail folder and hence I only saw your e-mail on August 23.
