この度は注文故障率について、未だに総合で1％を下回ることが達成できておらずに誠に申し訳ございません。

直近の成績としては、以前提出させていただいたプランである、全ての商品への追跡番号付与が効果的に働いており、直近の注文故障率は劇的に改善されてきているところです。
