第5条 (競業禁止事項)
受託者は、他の同種治療を宣伝斡旋、又は他社より同種治療の宣伝斡旋の受託をしてはならない。
第6条 (契約解除)
受託者において、次の各号の一に該当したときは、委託者は何ら催告なくして本契約を解除することができる。
1．他の債務につき、保全処分、強制執行、破産の申し立て等がなされたとき
