私たちのODRはキャンセル率が5%を超えています。VATをお客様が負担するものと勘違いしたり、台風で発送が遅れてキャンセルがありました。私たちの改善計画は以下のとおりです。台風が予想される時期はSALではなくEMSを利用し、遅れないように発送します。またVATの金額は届かないとわからないので、請求があればVAT分の負担は私たちが当然行いますし、問い合わせあればお客様に必ずメールで返信します。
Our ODR's cancellation rate exceeds 5%. We misunderstood that customers are responsible for VAT and there is a cancellation due to the typhoon. We are going to implement an improvement plan as followings. When it is typhoon season, we will not use SAL, but EMS so that the order should not be delayed. VAT charge can be found out after you receive the order, and we will be responsible for any VAT charge. We will make sure that you will have our response by email if you contact us.
